Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services:
- Sharing course materials or intellectual property without written permission
- Using false identity or providing misleading information during enrollment
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward other users
- Commercial use of our platform without explicit written authorization
Service Access Requirements
To access our services, you must meet the following requirements:

Educational Background: Minimum bachelor's degree for most programs
Professional Experience: Varies by program (1-5 years)
Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and compatible device
Fair Usage Guidelines
To ensure quality educational experience for all students, we maintain fair usage policies for platform resources, instructor time, and technical support. Excessive use that impacts other students' learning experience may result in service limitations or additional fees.
Account and Access Management
Account Creation Requirements
Creating an account with PM Excellence Academy requires accurate personal and professional information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Must be accessible for course communications and account verification
Secure Password

Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your credentials. This includes:
- Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with others
- Notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access
- Regularly updating your password and contact information
- Logging out of shared or public devices after use
Account Suspension and Termination
Grounds for Suspension
Violation of these terms, non-payment, inappropriate conduct, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.
Account Termination
Severe violations, repeated policy breaches, or legal requirements may result in permanent account termination with loss of access to courses and materials.
Appeal Process
You may appeal account actions by contacting our support team within 30 days of the action. We will review appeals fairly and promptly.
Multiple Account Policies
Each individual may maintain only one active account unless specifically authorized for legitimate business or educational purposes. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unauthorized benefits is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

Service Uptime and Maintenance
We strive to maintain high service availability while reserving the right to perform necessary maintenance and updates to improve your educational experience.
Target Availability
99.5% uptime for core educational platforms and resources
Scheduled Maintenance
Planned maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible
Emergency Maintenance
Unscheduled maintenance may occur for security or critical system issues
Alternative Access
Offline materials and alternative learning methods provided when possible
Feature Availability
Course features and learning tools are subject to availability and may vary based on program enrollment, technical requirements, and educational objectives. We continuously enhance our platform with new features and capabilities.
Geographic Restrictions
Our primary focus is on providing project management education within Sri Lanka. While we welcome international students, certain features, certifications, or support services may have geographic limitations based on regulatory requirements or partnership agreements.

Course content is regularly updated to reflect industry best practices and certification requirements
Platform Enhancements
Technology improvements and new features are added to enhance the learning experience
Policy Changes
Service terms may be updated with reasonable notice to reflect operational changes
Advance Notice Policy
We will provide advance notice of significant service changes that may impact your learning experience. Material changes to course structure, pricing, or core features will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when possible.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content Ownership
All course materials, curriculum content, assessments, and educational resources provided by PM Excellence Academy are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our exclusive property.
Copyrighted Materials
Course content, videos, documents, and assessments are protected by copyright law
Trademarks
Academy name, logos, and branding elements are registered trademarks
Proprietary Methods
Teaching methodologies and certification processes are proprietary
User-Generated Content Rights
When you submit assignments, participate in discussions, or create content as part of your coursework, you retain ownership of your original work while granting us necessary rights to provide educational services.
License Grant
You grant PM Excellence Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and evaluate your submitted work for educational purposes, assessment, and improvement of our programs. This license terminates when you complete or withdraw from the program.
License Grants to Students
Educational Use License
Limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during enrollment period.
Post-Completion Access
Continued access to select materials for reference purposes, subject to program terms and technology availability.
Restrictions
Materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Copyright and Trademark Notices
All content must retain original copyright and trademark notices. Removal or modification of proprietary markings is strictly prohibited. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us immediately with detailed information about the suspected infringement.
Payment Terms and Policies
Course Fees and Payment
Course fees are clearly displayed during enrollment and must be paid according to the selected payment plan. All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Early Withdrawal (Within 7 Days)
Full refund minus processing fees if withdrawn within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing course materials
Partial Course Completion
Prorated refund based on completed modules, minus non-refundable certification fees and administrative costs
No Refund Scenarios
No refunds after 50% course completion, for disciplinary terminations, or for certification exam fees
Late Payment and Collections
Timely payment is essential for continued access to educational services. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
Grace Period: 7 days after due date
Late Fee: 2% of outstanding balance
Service Suspension: After 14 days overdue
Account Termination: After 30 days without resolution
